Joyful Sunrise

January 2nd 2015

Welcome to the New Year – and my new website! I am very excited to show you my recent work, and hope you find it stimulating.

If you’d like to see my work ‘in the flesh’, it is now possible across the South West: in Bristol, St. Ives, Padstow and Burford.

Have a look at my Galleries page for further details.

For the past few years, the biggest canvas I have worked on has been 120cm square, but after a successful trip to St. Ives in October, I’m looking forward to expanding my work to at least 150cm square! I relish the challenge ahead, and hope you find the sheer scale as exciting as I do.

It has been an exciting 2014, with inspiring trips to Cornwall and Italy, and the addition of two new galleries to my portfolio. I’ve also begun painting on furniture, vases and bowls and will be developing these areas in 2015. You can have a look at some of these three-dimensional works on the Art page.

For a spell in the summer, I will be resident artist at Bryson’s Vear on Cape Cornwall, and look forward to working in such a unique and visceral ‘edge of land’ location.

If you’d like to keep in touch please go to the Contact page, where you can also sign up to my newsletter.
